the pay and respect and having everything the drivers and the workers what they need

pay the drivers more money and treat them with respect because if you don't have drivers you can make money

stop taking the route for the drivers anytime you feel like it and give them their contract for the route that they are working
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
stop letting the dispatcher take to the drivers like trash and do some work instead having their nose in the air like they are the boss. And have everything ready when we come in
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay the drivers more money and do better on the lunch lines for paperwork stop treating the independent drivers like they are employees. And stop trying to be like other delivery companies cause they pay the drivers and make it easy for them to complete their job
