started over 3 years. Management crew was pretty good. New management not too much. Warehouse used to open at 6am. Now they open whenever they feel comfortable, 9-10am leading drivers to end up delivering packages until almost midnight. No vacation time. Now they want us to work 7 days a week.

Co-workers work hard. Most of them. They're very loyal

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better at leadership. Communication. Leaders lead by example not bossing around.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management need to come with better plans, hire more people to scan packages and do daily pre-shift meetings. Don't take my word, I'm not an expert but I think that's what they need to do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They ask us to be on time 6am and they open whenever they feel like, then we have to deliver all the packages the same day it doesn't matter if is late night. So they don't value our time.
