What's the interview process like at Lastline?
Engineering interviews are rigorous given the caliber of department leads and the nature of the work! Each team has a slightly different process, but generally, there are multiple layers. A first, general screening interview, followed by a technical interview with a team member, a challenge and a final technical interview with the team lead. Ingenuity, experience, and talent combined with excellence will get you through.
