Mr. Eric C. Medow has been Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Technology, Media & Telecommunications for Financial Advisory at Lazard Ltd. since October 2015. Mr. Medow began his investment banking career in the Telecommunications and M&A Groups at Salomon Brothers Inc in 1990. Mr. Medow has advised telecommunications companies on mergers and acquisitions and strategic matters for the last 25 years. He served as the Global Head of Telecomat Citigroup, Inc since January 30, 2011. Mr. Medow served as a Co-Head of the North America communications group of Citigroup Inc. since October 10, 2005 until January 30, 2011. He served as a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group. He was with Carlyle's Communications Group in New York. Prior to Carlyle in 1999, he served as a Vice President of Salomon Smith Barney's Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He served as Director of Kestrel Solutions, Inc. Mr. Medow graduated from Duke University.
