Mr. Ken Oliver Fritz has been Co-Head of Investment Banking and Managing Director at Lazard Ltd. since April 2013. Mr. Fritz served as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for Germany and Austria at Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited. Mr. Fritz was responsible for M&A, Equity and Debt Capital Market transactions. Over a nearly 20-year career, Mr. Fritz has led numerous private as well as public M&A and capital market transactions involving German and international clients. At Credit Suisse, which he joined in 1999, he was responsible for the investment banking business in Germany and Austria since 2010. Prior to that, he served as the Head of M&A, Germany and Austria. Before joining Credit Suisse, he was a member of the M&A team at Deutsche Bank, formerly Morgan Grenfell.
