Mr. Mark Renton has been Managing Director of Financial Advisory at Lazard Ltd since February 2012. Mr. Renton served as Global Co-head of Public Sector Group at Citigroup, Inc. since February 2009. He served as Head of Investment Banking in Asia of Citigroup Inc. since January 14, 2005. and also served as its Acting Head of China Investment Banking and Co-Head of the Energy Group. Mr. Renton was previously head of Citigroup's North American investment banking energy team. He was at Citigroup, and predecessor Salomon Brothers, for 25 years. He served as Vice Chairman of Global Energy at Citigroup. He has advised oil and gas companies on mergers and acquisitions and strategic matters since 1995, most recently based in New York and in Hong Kong from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Renton holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MA from Oxford University.
