Every part of having difficulties, have lost count of the number of themes the company has had - from lead generation, lead scoring, predictive modeling, AI for Marketing, Clean Data provider, ABM for Marketing and now Audience Management .... again go figure
What's the company culture like at Leadspace?
Top Employee Response
In simple words - "It is terrible". The worst I have ever experienced in my 11 years of working. I have been at start-ups for 9 of these 11 years (4 startups) and this was by far the worst worst company I have ever been involved with. The management is totally not together, the CEO is a big company guy who thinks he knows how small companies operate, the founder in my opinion is bipolar, nothing wrong with bipolar if you can manage it. The product is weak, there is no value for customers, they lie about what can be done with the product, the sales people look to blame everyone else. They are surviving because they spin a fanstastic story about how the technology is developed based on supreme Israeli intelligence know how and nothing could be further from the truth. Just because the company is mostly Israeli does not mean they have the technical chops ! Buyer, Employee Beware
What is the best part about your compensation package at Leadspace?
The amount of equity but that only matters if the company value increases. This company is unlikely to survive - I give it 6 months
