What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of equity but that only matters if the company value increases. This company is unlikely to survive - I give it 6 months

the team is much better than the executive team but again, sharing information and helping each other is not the culture

CEO & entire executive team needs to be replaced, They are absolutely clueless. Biggest mistake of my life was joining this company

Make it a happier place where there are no conflicts. Everybody is so guarded and hush hush
