What's going wrong and how can it be improved?In the past two years, we've lost many perks that were once competitive. Annual RSUs, commuter benefits, free Friday lunches. Why were these not translated into WFH benefits like office equipment stipends, monthly Door Dash gift cards, etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?communication, attention to detail, feel like im going over the same thing a million times with other teams they dont retain what needs to be done
