I like that have lots of options at enrollment for different programs if you ever have to be out of work for long time.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Direct manager is amazing, regional & director rarely get a chance to show my worth in order to be noticed & able to move up

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Upper management to give lower managment more credit then they do,& not only look at numbers,& actually call & say thank you & notice the hard work put in to make that a successful day/week etc. better pay dont drag your feet on letting someone know if they have a chance for a different postion
