i started out as an installer and was making decent money. i took a promotion to service tech and lost about 1/3 of my wage. this company does not promote growth, or reward employees for going above and beyond. instead it is better to remain quite and perform at basic expectations to avoid conflict.

The company needs to hire as many bodies as possible to continue to create leads. The CEO is inept in not being transparent to shareholders and the publiic about his vision for the company. Anf he's only been there four months but he should have clearly articulated a strategy.

There are over 15 class-action lawsuits against the company. I'm looking for a new job. It won't last much longer.
