I have been working at Legends (FSU) for 2yrs now and still have not been up for an raise. I am a Quad Supervisor, in my time there I haven't had a revue nor benefits have not been discussed. I have asked on several occasions on whom we speak to referring to this situation and been given the run aro

Slight increase in hourly rate

Would love benefits and other perks i.e retirement, 401k etc

People pay hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars per suite and there is a 24% admin fee that does not go to employees that provide the service. If someone can pay 7 figures for a suite, a standard appropriate gratuity can be afforded.

To have my job back at a living wage.

I went from highest tipped employee to almost lowest after one certain waitress got moved to my shift to take all cash tickets. And gets all overtime to do nothing but ride the clock approved by her friend a manager

Holiday pay. A raise after being promised one.

Worst company ever. Bad compensation and little to no growth. Management is stuck in the stone age.
