I like to see the end result of all the effort from every employee there to make the customers have the best experience possible

My tips and interaction with other people and also waus to try and help each bar be unique in its own way yet have its fridges aligned with all the bars

Working as a team despite one's job title. A leader shiuld never be too above-it to do the work that needs to be done to help their team. Whether it's liaisoning with clients or running food and beverage. They're there to help.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company struggles to do the basics but feels it is world class. The company need to take an honest look in the mirror, the decline is in the numbers.

There id a lot of gossip which needs to be handled and dealt with!!

The entire team needs to be replaced.

HR needs to step up and help in a situation and listen to employees instead of just blindly taking Managements side. Managers are bullies own up to it.

Food is overcooked. Cook refuses to alter menu items to benefit non meat eating customers or make a child a simple grilled cheese sandwich. Cooks are rude to employees they don't like.
