It was very fast and easy
How easy it was at the time
The talk of advantages of advancement within the company & prospects of running the company if I assisted in a thriving company to the success. But I'm beginning to think that it may have only been a sales pitch?

The people who interviewed and hired me, sadly they have all retired or moved on.
They asked personal questions to know more about me and were kept me informed throughout the whole process- from application to starting day.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Remove the HR and Recruiting people from the process. They just add complexity and red tape and think they know what we need but are often wrong or misguided.
