Stop playing favorites all the time
Ray Teague has completely destroyed the employees here. The old style of management is done. People aren’t tired of working, they’re tired of catch all the shit and not getting a piece of the pie. Turn over rate is through the roof. But management will turn around and say it’s us. Mirrors for
Not lying or pushing others to lie to save face and look good to higher senior members. Follow guidelines and not pencil whip them to save time and money. There is a reason that this location has a huge turnover rate.
