Vacation time and insurance program
The time off we get
Insurance and 401k are okay
It's average at best, maybe below average in many regions and industries.
The Medical insurance is descent.
It is both generic and unexciting but complete and has all the basic features. It's nothing to get excited over but it's all and all a good package. Many of the perks and add-ons high tech has are missing but still its a good solid package.
Yearly raises and good benefits
Compensation is about average for the area as far as an entry level position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stocks and options are only working for the very top executives, it drops off very fast, and while the top tier make millions the regular folks get by with raises that never keep up with inflation even when the company is doing well.
Everyone receives the same excuses and same rate of pay to include raises. There is no reason to stem to excel at your job. No appreciation from manager and no compensation for time when working through lunches to keep the plant productive.
