What are some of the best things about your team?

We work as a team, even those of us who have seen our leaderships nasty qualities try to hold it together and we create a fun light environment until the fun police remind you no smiling or joy.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Wipe out all leadership and promote from within, the little men that you have doing these jobs hands on vs the highest degree professional who couldnt hack it as a hands on care giver a day in their life.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

You took over a hospital and kept all the same staff, the same staff that gave the former company the title of the chop shop & a place to not take road kill because they will somehow mess it up

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being human beings and not corporate puppets. Some of the leadership who are nurses make it obvious they are a "supervisor nurse" and couldnt hack it as a hands on field nurse by the demeaning tone and unrealistic expectations while sitting on their throne.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other healthcare facilities are paying double the salary that im making, comments that "well this is what you are worth" are uncalled for, rude , and go against the core values you claim to uphold. Pay your staff liveable wages and allow more non clincial staff to work remotely.
