What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executives will send emails that communicate the direction of the firm
the amount of transparency we provide is remarkable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managing directors care more about lining their own pockets than reducing churn of the consulting staff. They would do well to increase compensation to industry standards, implement true opportunities for professional growth, and marginally improve work-life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is an all in one Cadillac plan

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is lower than other management consulting firms, especially for those with higher degrees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are nice but your team is always changing which can be difficult to build relationships with people with remote work
Highly collaborative, supportive and friendly
The consulting staff are some of the most intelligent and fun people I have had the pleasure of working with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Energetic, collaborative, open, non-hierarchical and fun
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Set better hour expectations. It would be better to work a set number of hours every day than have early out once a week.
Managing Directors need to act professionally, especially on the west coast. All levels of consultants need to be given opportunities to grow and interact with clients, rather than hierarchically being relegated to grunt work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got feedback about moving forward very quickly, there was not much delay

What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I am working on strategy projects for major corporations
What I learn and who I work with
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of wasted time on work that does not matter. Engagements are understaffed and posturing is too high.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Specifically organization and compensation in my department.
