People are nice but your team is always changing which can be difficult to build relationships with people with remote work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Set better hour expectations. It would be better to work a set number of hours every day than have early out once a week.

Managing Directors need to act professionally, especially on the west coast. All levels of consultants need to be given opportunities to grow and interact with clients, rather than hierarchically being relegated to grunt work.
