- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Set better hour expectations. It would be better to work a set number of hours every day than have early out once a week.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The managing directors care more about lining their own pockets than reducing churn of the consulting staff. They would do well to increase compensation to industry standards, implement true opportunities for professional growth, and marginally improve work-life balance.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is lower than other management consulting firms, especially for those with higher degrees.
