What did you like most about the interview process?I got feedback about moving forward very quickly, there was not much delay
What makes you most happy at work?I like that I am working on strategy projects for major corporations
What are some of the best things about your team?People are nice but your team is always changing which can be difficult to build relationships with people with remote work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Set better hour expectations. It would be better to work a set number of hours every day than have early out once a week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The managing directors care more about lining their own pockets than reducing churn of the consulting staff. They would do well to increase compensation to industry standards, implement true opportunities for professional growth, and marginally improve work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is lower than other management consulting firms, especially for those with higher degrees.
