they need labor budgets and rightful compensation, they work in a hazardous environment (chemicals, harsh chemicals) RESPECT AND COMMUNICATION could work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management is soulless as corporations are, but this one is extreme. Actually just listen to the store mngrs and add a labor budget.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they are tired. they need time off, they need 40 hour work weeks, not 70. When you add up your hours and your salary, we make less than fast food. Makes employees unhappy
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was way to easy to get hired on. At 1st this seemed ok. Then you realize that Leslies does not hire on Quality, they have to just fill positions as the turnover is extremely high
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
mngrs are required to work excessive hours with no labor budget. put employees in the store. I once worked 2 months without a day off. Store conditions are horrible, forced to work in a store with no ac in Texas for over a month with no help. I brought in my personal ac units
