The most i like about my team is that they always help every customer. If there's something the customer cant find we always try our best to get them the product or have it shipt to there home. The best part of our compensation package is that we get our benefits right on time. Our bonuses are always put into our check om time as well. They provide us with the best medical and the best dental as well were we hardly have a co-pay. My manager makes sure our needs are always met at the right

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never any appreciation shown or acknowledgement of work done. Long days, working with money alone, do 80% more work than the Store Manager and never recognized. A little positive feedback and appreciation goes a long way

Obviously less verbal abuse. I can't imagine anyone feeling happy to go to work and their time is worth their pay at Leslie's.

Because leslies has cut every incentive program and become nothing but money hungry. Got rid of good insurance we previously had so the company could "save" I've been ignored asking for a raise even though I have covered empty stores more than my own store. And they will probably only give if I quit

mngrs are required to work excessive hours with no labor budget. put employees in the store. I once worked 2 months without a day off. Store conditions are horrible, forced to work in a store with no ac in Texas for over a month with no help. I brought in my personal ac units

We have NEVER had a coworker meeting. Manager made statements regarding conversations with employees, that NEVER even happened due to her own personal reasons.

it was way to easy to get hired on. At 1st this seemed ok. Then you realize that Leslies does not hire on Quality, they have to just fill positions as the turnover is extremely high
