Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overtime is half hourly pag dor managers
Never any appreciation shown or acknowledgement of work done. Long days, working with money alone, do 80% more work than the Store Manager and never recognized. A little positive feedback and appreciation goes a long way

Obviously less verbal abuse. I can't imagine anyone feeling happy to go to work and their time is worth their pay at Leslie's.

Pay rate is low and the work is hard.
I was never offered any stock options when we went public they didn't give you hazard pay during the pandemic and they only paid minimum wage
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication without conflict and fighting
Learn to be professional with class.
We have NEVER had a coworker meeting. Manager made statements regarding conversations with employees, that NEVER even happened due to her own personal reasons.

Most need to follow company rules instead of making their own. The workload needs to be shared evenly. They need better training from upper management.
They're literally bullies, they hate their job and take it out on me.

More training, I have gotten NO training and neither has my team members
Jesica Kruger needs to go along with Ann Griffin as she is a manager who sits back and watch her wmployees be antagonized daily

Angry customers, computers that take roughly two minutes to load a single page. Requiring extensive knowledge in pools and supplies with almost no support. Google is a better resource than any internal tools.
they need labor budgets and rightful compensation, they work in a hazardous environment (chemicals, harsh chemicals) RESPECT AND COMMUNICATION could work

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not allowing jesica kruger to interview as she was rude , mean , aggressive and patronizing
Maybe if they didn't lie about how many hours you will receive. Or how after the season you will be let go! No mention of that.

False promises not enough techs ans valets never answer their questions and always put them on hold to do nothing but gossip
Severely overpriced products with an underpaid staff. Kind of like a chic-fil-a or a target but they aren’t paying for the extra customer servi
