The work itself was challenging and exciting - I learned tons and got to work some really cool projects. The team was also great - supportive, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about design. However, the pressure was intense, with long hours and unrealistic deadlines the norm.
My overall experience was terrible. The leadership has no idea how to lead and how to keep employees happy. They are just biased towards people who make them more money. It's awful to be avoided by the management as they never have time for you.
