I have been a loyal Lexus customer since 2000, i stayed with Lexus because of the quality of service. That , however, has changed and I am now thoroughly disgusted and disappointed because of my interactions with the Lexus dealership in Jackson, MS. They are unscrupulous and defraud customers!

Company is good but no bonus n pay 11hrs instead of 12hrs

My overall experience started great and then I started to see the inside scoop on how the place runs, managers and how often and seldom they let go of employees. Experience has not been a learning experience.
