My 2 year old LXL600 had a tree limb fall on it during the hurricane. 4 months later I am still waiting on rivets in order for the repairs to happen. At this point the repair shop has no ETA on when these rivets will be available due to them being on backorder. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My overall experience started great and then I started to see the inside scoop on how the place runs, managers and how often and seldom they let go of employees. Experience has not been a learning experience.
