I have several certifications and I also was moved into a different position which pays at least 80k yearly salary and I only get 62k. I am one of the top performers at my job and I expect more compensation. 80k for a Facility Manager is what I seek.

The salary is very low for the amount of job roles and responsibilities placed on individuals. I am currently fulfilling the roles that 3 or more people should be doing and am only getting paid for one.

Job descriptions' and duties are changed every few weeks and planning is so poor, some of the time the manager requires you to be in two states doing two different things at the same time. Only so many times can raises be 2% and cost of living goes up 8%.

Compensation - Raises are a joke. LG doesn't care about employees enough to provide increases for cost of living. Once a year is the only chance for a raise and you have to compete with team members in order to get a raise.

My pay is at the bottom of the scale on a national average even though I have been in this position for 4 years. I have not received a cost of living increase, 2 to 3 percent increase per year is not competitive and does not keep up with living cost increases and inflation.

I am working 3 different people's jobs currently. I only received a 5% raise, when I should have been promoted or given at least a $30k raise! I do not feel appreciated!!!!

Pay raises that reflect your worth and being moved into the higher bonus pool. Managing a program/process but constantly being told you are not a manager but you have more responsibilities than some managers. KPI's that don't reflect what you actually do.

I dont feel that i am paid based on my knowledge and task given. I am truly not compensated on performance which was reflected in the last review. My numbers given were not even based on my correct KPI numbers. I was just given a number based on what was distributed not truly performance.

Leadership team is pointing at a few certain people to fulfill their "needs". They expect those people to work overtime while let others work not even 8-5 and just go home stress-free. Don't want to compare with others but can't help when you clearly see whos plate is full and empty.
