I would say the process was a bit longer then other places that I interviewed

What are your coworkers at LifeLabs like?
Some are great workers when they work. Others walk around a lot and do less then everyone else but get to keep their job. Others do more by going above and beyond and still have no gratitude or acknowledgments from management
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at LifeLabs?
Nobody should be allowed to personalize the desk it should be set up for use by everyone. And the areas need to be more private for patient safety
What part of LifeLabs's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The patient care centers are busy but we have lost many doctors.

How long have you been in the medical field? How much Customer service experience do have?
What's the office vibe like at LifeLabs?
Very much a gossip fest. That usually happens when there is a group of women.
What are you most excited about working at LifeLabs?
Seeing my patients
What benefits does LifeLabs provide?
CTO for sick time, and vacation time, health care, and savings accounts.
How does LifeLabs make decisions around promotions?
Not sure. I have been passed over a few times when I have applied for other positions.
How's the vacation policy at LifeLabs?
We have to use CTO in order to take vacation. Unfortunately vacation weeks are given based on seniority.
How much and how often do raises happen at LifeLabs?
If we get anything it is about 20 cents. That usually happens if there was a cost of living increase in the state.
How's the work pace at LifeLabs?
Lately it has slowed down.
What's the best part of your job at LifeLabs?
My patients who come in on a regular basis and know me. We have a great report and I'm glad I am helping them
What are the team outings like at LifeLabs?
None in 5 yrs
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at LifeLabs?
Not at all.
How do you feel about going to work at LifeLabs everyday?
I love my patients and they are the reason I go everyday. Other then that I could care less about being there.

What feedback.
What kind of people succeed at LifeLabs?
Those that seem to do the least and make friends with the manager seem to do well
How can I improve my chances of being hired at LifeLabs?
Make sure you have a degree that over qualifies you to take a job that is less then you really should get.
