What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with are amazing, the projects I get to work on are really valuable and it's easy for me to feel that I'm contributing to the bottom line.

Learning and growing around generally good people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Favouritism should come to an end. One should be rewarded based upon their contribution but not because one is your favourite person because of some unofficial reasons.
