What are some of the best things about your team?We are a team that is carefully selected to reach our goals. The community is diverse but all with one common purpose and that purpose drives positive results.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Full health coverage, paid vacation is generous and paid time off to serve our community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It is well known that there are those favored at the company that have higher pay and titles based on their personal proximity to the executive team outside of the office, while minimal raises and bonuses are offered to non-sales departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation to each individual should be at par with the current market standards. Favouritism doesn't suites the top management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Favouritism should come to an end. One should be rewarded based upon their contribution but not because one is your favourite person because of some unofficial reasons.
