Stop treating supervisor so bad and disrespectful. She creates bad working environment. No one wants to work for higher supervisor. Have all workers comment about this matter

It is well known that there are those favored at the company that have higher pay and titles based on their personal proximity to the executive team outside of the office, while minimal raises and bonuses are offered to non-sales departments.

The compensation to each individual should be at par with the current market standards. Favouritism doesn't suites the top management.
