What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a team that is carefully selected to reach our goals. The community is diverse but all with one common purpose and that purpose drives positive results.

Love how collaborative everyone is and it's truly an open door policy here from individual contributors to leaders

Cross functional and one Liferay mission is expected to be a game changer

I like that we have company wide meetings every quarter.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We all work well together. Support each other. Our supervisor encourages cooperation. Good leadership. It's her supervisor that needs to be trained on how to treat people

Need to understand our customers better and work towards common goals.
