What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive and open to ideas.
I like how focused they are on making LifeScan a great environment to work in.
Although they are genuinely kind people, as a company we are results driven. I think leadership does a nice job balancing their expectations of driving results and employee wellness.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team are for the most part incompetent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At the monent pension looks good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better health insurance and pto benefits
I think compared to the general market, we pay well. However, for our specific industry, I don't think we are as competitive as we could be.
Progression opportunities are very limited in a company with incompetent manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us strive to be the best at what we do, worked togther for over 20 years can trust each other
Supportive and collaborative at all times.
Kind people. Very supportive. Easy to chat with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should adopt a more effective approach to their jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better direction, improved employee support
Understand the negative impact that focusing just in EBITDA generates in patients and community
Leadership needs to be replaced urgently
What did you like most about the interview process?
Speed, multiple interviews with teams
Lots of separate interviews instead of a few long ones.

Knowing that i actually help save lives from the job i do
Knowing the my work makes a difference on a mico and macro scale.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad leadership decisions are leading to the collapse of the company. Current leadership with everyone from manager upwards needs to be replaced.
