Extremely stressful with little incentive to stay

My co worker is amazing.

It was easy and pleasant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The schedule is pretty flexible, which is helpful when you have a family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Meetings are led by fear and negative reinforcement. They go on and on for hours and are largely ineffective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is minimal, if any, effort to show the employees appreciation, and oftentimes, safety is compromised to save the bottom line.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a lot of micromanagement. Pay is low for the job they ask of you and duties are constantly added on.
