Communication among employees with clear tasks and duties divided equally. and customer service.

Communication trainings development of staff

Communication, pay me for the large amount of work I do, stop cutting benefits, and actually look at how angry your employees are at you by actually reading your employee surveys

Communication, appreciation of employees, integrity

Communication is non existent! No or very short notice is given when making changes to policy and procedures leaving employees at store level to explain to customers policy changes they have very limited knowledge of.

There is a lot of micromanagement. Pay is low for the job they ask of you and duties are constantly added on.
