What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is accepting and supportive of one another
I cannot think of anything positive to say about Life Storage anymore
Employees are cared for and needs of customers emphasized
Feeling like you are an important part of the team
When the manager comes in late and leaves early. Those are the best and most productive days
The schedule is pretty flexible, which is helpful when you have a family.
We helped to build the company and create many initiatives to grow it to where it is now.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actually listen to your employees and pay them better. Stop cutting benefits and extending the goal posts to make bonuses
More quality employees need to be hired, area management needs to be available to their employees and stand with them when policies are followed instead of looking the other way and avoiding/ not doing their job
