Communication trainings development of staff
Communication, pay me for the large amount of work I do, stop cutting benefits, and actually look at how angry your employees are at you by actually reading your employee surveys
Communication, appreciation of employees, integrity
Communication is non existent! No or very short notice is given when making changes to policy and procedures leaving employees at store level to explain to customers policy changes they have very limited knowledge of.
If i was able to have been paid more from the company then i would not have been in situtions health wise and also not in a situation of being over workes.
Pay employees what they are worth which is a heck of a lot more than poverty level. Your employees can barely afford oil changes in their cars let alone send a child to college or that needs braces. Medical insurance is an entire paycheck a month.
With recent cost cutting measures taken by the company, employees are treated as an expense rather than an asset. More work is being requested from employees, while things like bonuses, holidays off, and travel stipends are being taken away from employees.

Any repercussion at all for my manager stealing from the company and me
Everything all together all at once
Maintaining communication, not causing work for the next person
Co-workers need to work as a team and not stab others in the back
Actually listen to your employees and pay them better. Stop cutting benefits and extending the goal posts to make bonuses
More quality employees need to be hired, area management needs to be available to their employees and stand with them when policies are followed instead of looking the other way and avoiding/ not doing their job
To make sure that they are more thorough
Its a conflict of interest that the same hr person who mediated a false claim towards me did my interview. She had a predetermined bias. I was then stuck at the store with the worst human ive ever met
Area manager is horrible at his job. He communicates only when it's convenient for him, and all he cares about is the bottom line dollars, not his employees.
Current CEO needs to slow down on implementing changes and drastically improve communication with employees and treat them fairly
New to be paid more and more hours
More PTO and I would like for people to speak to one another when problems occur versus talking behind peoples back and spreading negative energy.
