Mr. Laurence Winoker has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Lifetime Brands, Inc. since July 2, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Winoker served as Treasurer, Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President of Revlon Consumer Products Corp. Mr. Winoker served as Senior Vice President , Treasurer and Controller of M&F Worldwide Corp. and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 2006. Mr. Winoker served as Senior Vice-President, Controller and Treasurer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., a holding company with controlling interests in a diversified portfolio of public and private companies including Revlon, Inc. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc. Mr. Winoker served as Senior Vice-President, Treasurer and Controller of Revlon, Inc. from 1999 to 2003. Prior to joining MacAndrews & Forbes in 1987, Mr. Winoker held various positions with Bastian Industries, Gulf & Western Industries and Brout & Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the City University of New York in 1978.
