Stop adding work and refusing to give raises to keep up with inflation.
Feeling appreciated is more important than what im getting paid. Knowing i have a future with a company i have been loyal to.
Most feedback is negative and despite working there for over 2 years there has been no pay raise. Staff turnover is very high as employees are not appreciated. All this company cares about is making money.

They need to clearly provide the salary range for positions before an interview.
Employee turn over is high because the work is very high paced, the customers can be demanding, and the management refuses to incentivize exemplary employees.
Keep the employees that have experience instead of bringing in new people who could care less about the company and their staff
Management is not up to par. Communication between staff is horrible.
