What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Management try to help you and support you on a daily basis
My manager is fun but direct and wants her employees to do their best work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop adding work and refusing to give raises to keep up with inflation.
Feeling appreciated is more important than what im getting paid. Knowing i have a future with a company i have been loyal to.
Most feedback is negative and despite working there for over 2 years there has been no pay raise. Staff turnover is very high as employees are not appreciated. All this company cares about is making money.
Very low pay, a lot of work expected for so little
I would love to have a stock option even though I'm part-time; most employees are part time
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone gets along very well together and we work together to achieve daily goals.
Excluding the management team, the staff is fun to be around.
They are lively and welcoming to new people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less pety and moral needs to be boosted
they always show up late
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. Everyone is up beat and energetic
everyone loves working there they are just always late
People are willing to help each other and are generally relaxed people.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Seemed like the opportunity was endless
It was easy and informal
Multiple interviews required so employees are vetted pretty well.
There were 3 different stages
the questions were very straight forward
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to clearly provide the salary range for positions before an interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are great and we get along well together

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employee turn over is high because the work is very high paced, the customers can be demanding, and the management refuses to incentivize exemplary employees.
Keep the employees that have experience instead of bringing in new people who could care less about the company and their staff
Management is not up to par. Communication between staff is horrible.
