They want us to succeed and will do whatever they can to help their teams achieve goals or anything personal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all one family. We all know each other, we care for each other, and we all want to see each other succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having unlimited PTO. I am more productive at work knowing that if I ever need to take a day off to be with my family that its possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all live by the work hard, play hard mentality and it's so fun! We all contribute to our team goals, make things happen, and love each others company at work and outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is lunch time. We have an in-house chef who cooks lunch for us every single day. Besides the food being so delicious, I love sitting by my co-workers and talking with them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with department heads and some executives to really get a good feel about who I would be working with. I also loved having lunch with my future team to see if I would be a good culture fit.
