that i work 3rd shift
Significant projects impacting at all levels of the plant and connecting with other colleagues around the world.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality of the products - Istavan cheats in the compliance tests and forces engineers to find shortcuts so he can claim cost savings - he has been caught internally but no one did anything
