40 hours, try your best and go home

Employee morale is low because employees feel undervalued. Everyone recently got two extra pto days hourly employees were not paid holidays until this year, effectively giving them 9 extra days while salary only got 2 and hourly accrue pto for hours worked over40 but salaried work over40 and get not

The company offers opportunity to advance if you are a hard worker

I had a great manager but everyone above him was horrible. They prided themselves on running their teams "lean" which really meant overworking everyone and establishing an unwritten "no time off" policy
