Pay is low we are over work and under paid nothing is never enough or good enough

I have to do everyones job our property use to be great it has just became horrible in the last few months when they fired our leasing agent to let our managers friend and daughter take over

even a dollar raise that I received isn't worth the amount of harassment I get 6 times out of the week. not even mentioning the heat stroke I would suffer. 13 the hour isn't a living wage I can barely pay for my lunch cause I need to take care of my other bills. a dollar is a insult to me as a human

I bust my ass doing anything and everything my manager has asked of me. I have cleaned out an entire garage of furniture and trash by myself, I handle the housekeepers job because they can't find one, I do the excessive landscaping that should be given out to contractors.

Consideration, better pay and actual thanks

It doesn't matter how hard you work, you have to fight for a raise.

I make at least 20K less than I should glee my position
