I have to do everyones job our property use to be great it has just became horrible in the last few months when they fired our leasing agent to let our managers friend and daughter take over

I bust my ass doing anything and everything my manager has asked of me. I have cleaned out an entire garage of furniture and trash by myself, I handle the housekeepers job because they can't find one, I do the excessive landscaping that should be given out to contractors.
Only coworker needing improvement is the Maintenance Lead. He needs to put tenants satisfaction as priority, proper repairs as priority, and to stop prioritizing recognition over tenants positive experience.

Hold these disgusting residents accountable, stop letting them get with anything and everything because of your personal feelings towards them. Recognize other peoples goals in life and support getting them there instead of holding them back for your own personal vendetta.

cutting cost for speed has only gotten the property negative reviews communicating with tenants would help them understand why certain things take time. not yelling at their porter every moring for doing their job.
Management does not care what our residents think of us, they will shut off our residents and act sparky when they ask for a request. If a resident has an issue, they are given a lackluster or inconsiderate response to their problem or situation and makes them feel extremely undervalued.
