What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part out of our compensation package is our health insurance, dental and vision.

Very fair. Everyone could use lower deductibles but the market is tough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Mistreatment from management and belitting, manipulation, harrassing, and hostility with my direct manager. A proper pay for my role in the position applied, pay was never negotiated before a offer letter was drafted and asked to accept.

There is cost of living adjustment, and the Paid time off is lack luster. The health benefits are expensive and no paid time off for family leave, maternity, adoption, or bonding. A company this large should provide comparable benefits to the other similar companies in size, industry, and revenue.

Get paid for hours worked salary is poor

They have a bit of favoritism and I would like to be making at least 40000/year.

Pay isn't enough for the line of work. Equipment is run down, and dangerous. Gm, op manager just make excuses, while being unprofessional.

Spread the workload fairly and not pile it on a couple people. We have no supervision and we really need it.
