Mistreatment from management and belitting, manipulation, harrassing, and hostility with my direct manager. A proper pay for my role in the position applied, pay was never negotiated before a offer letter was drafted and asked to accept.
There is cost of living adjustment, and the Paid time off is lack luster. The health benefits are expensive and no paid time off for family leave, maternity, adoption, or bonding. A company this large should provide comparable benefits to the other similar companies in size, industry, and revenue.
Get paid for hours worked salary is poor
They have a bit of favoritism and I would like to be making at least 40000/year.

Supervision. Workers that are skilled at the job and can safely multitask, constant communication. Departments working together. No favortism
Have fewer people in the room
Have the interview last more than 5 mins, and not in a common area of the building. Maybe the GM needs a refresher on interviewing.
Stop asking canned questions. Ask questions that matter
Very hostile, aggressive, and rude customer service to our clients. Team members are being informed to be short with customers, provide only the minimum customer service and be short with customers, and if they have any quetions to relay them all in writing, and not to speak with any customers.
Too much focus on profits and less on customer satisfaction
