I think that while we need to get our stuff together, we are a good place to work. It's definitely organized chaos, but there is a deep want to improve. It's slow progress, but it's progress nonetheless. The mission is truly motivating!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the opportunity to learn. Every day there is a new challenge, but I know that I am constantly learning something from it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are approachable and have a great attitude. They also want to grow and develop. When they get feedback that something isn't going well, they want to figure out what they can change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that everyone is generally pretty goofy and authentic, which I appreciate it. I also think that we are a group of people who are really enthusiastic about diversity. We are constantly hoping to grow from learning about those who are not like ourselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is comprised of the most supportive people I've ever met in my life. We all trust each other and that is the most empowering thing I've ever felt. I know that they will lift me up when I need it and I know they will sit low with me when I feel that way.
