What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think that everyone is generally pretty goofy and authentic, which I appreciate it. I also think that we are a group of people who are really enthusiastic about diversity. We are constantly hoping to grow from learning about those who are not like ourselves.

People listen well and provide space for all individual's ideas to be heard.

People feel like they can bring their authentic self to work and have direct conversations to alleviate conflict and find solutions

Employees can bring their authentic selves to work

People genuinely get along and care for one another.
