I think that while we need to get our stuff together, we are a good place to work. It's definitely organized chaos, but there is a deep want to improve. It's slow progress, but it's progress nonetheless. The mission is truly motivating!

I am challenged on a daily basis and get to work with people I'd like to be hanging out with anyway. We work hard and care deeply about our mission and its potential impact on the lives of those involved. Weeks fly by and the work is never finished but it's a truly rewarding experience.

I like that they are approachable and have a great attitude. They also want to grow and develop. When they get feedback that something isn't going well, they want to figure out what they can change.

They care about our employees and are actively trying to improve on all goals being in aligned on a personal, team and company level.

Making decisions quickly and being strategic and decisive. Too much time is spent on 'alignment' and not enough time is spent getting things done. They rely too heavily on the company, junior level peoples, to make decisions, which can be good, but makes things pain-stakingly slow.

The work flexibility is unlike any other. I feel that I have the autonomy and freedom I need to have a great work and personal life balance. I feel that I'm paid fairly, and have the opportunity to grow as the company grows also!

I think that everyone is generally pretty goofy and authentic, which I appreciate it. I also think that we are a group of people who are really enthusiastic about diversity. We are constantly hoping to grow from learning about those who are not like ourselves.

The speed of the candidate pipeline. It feels like it takes months to get people hired. It took about 8 weeks of 6 interviews and waiting for me.

I like the opportunity to learn. Every day there is a new challenge, but I know that I am constantly learning something from it.
