- What makes you most happy at work?I like the opportunity to learn. Every day there is a new challenge, but I know that I am constantly learning something from it.

- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Just to term up make thing right
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making decisions quickly and being strategic and decisive. Too much time is spent on 'alignment' and not enough time is spent getting things done. They rely too heavily on the company, junior level peoples, to make decisions, which can be good, but makes things pain-stakingly slow.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?The speed of the candidate pipeline. It feels like it takes months to get people hired. It took about 8 weeks of 6 interviews and waiting for me.
